Send us an email with a description of what you're looking for, along with a few reference photos to help us get a feel for your vision. They don't have to be exact! We're just trying to get an idea of what you love, what you're imagining, and how we can bring it to life.

Once we've had a chance to review your ideas, we'll let you know what's possible and put together a custom quote. Every piece is different, so pricing depends on the design, materials, and work involved.

If you're happy with the quote, we'll get your measurements, talk through the details, and work out an estimated timeline.

One thing to know about us: We really, really love giving old things new lives. Our preference is to work exclusively with recycled and repurposed materials, which means sometimes we have to do a little treasure hunting before we can get started. Thrift stores, estate sales, the occasional lucky find… you get it.

Because of that, timelines can vary depending on how quickly we can track down the right materials. We can make exceptions and use new materials when necessary, but we'll always talk through those options with you first.

Once we've agreed on the details, we'll collect a 50% deposit to officially get your project underway.

This is the fun part. We source the materials, cut, sew, and turn your idea into something real. Made by hand, just for you, and unlike anything else out there.

Once your piece is finished, we'll let you know it's ready! At that point, the remaining 50% balance is due. Once payment is received, we'll carefully package your new favorite thing and send it on its way.

Then you get to open it, put it on, and hopefully have a little main-character moment in front of the mirror.

We put a whole lot of love, time, and effort into every piece we make, and our biggest hope is that you absolutely love what arrives at your door.

But we also understand that sometimes things don't work out quite the way you imagined.

If you're unhappy with your custom piece, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return. We'll work with you to arrange the return, and once we've received the piece back in its original, unworn condition, we'll refund the final 50% payment.

The initial 50% deposit is nonrefundable. Because each commission is made specifically for you, that deposit helps cover the time spent designing, sourcing materials, and bringing your one-of-a-kind piece to life. Unfortunately, we can't get those hours (or those thrift store adventures) back!

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and any return must be approved before being sent back.

We hope we never have to worry about any of that, but we want to be upfront about how it works so there are no surprises.
